Graduated from Siena College class of 2003, studied Business with marketing and management. Opened Mercury Screen Printing in 2013. Currently runs day-to-day operations in-house and with the outside sales team.
Doug Weller
Director of Web Stores; In-House Sales
Doug oversees all of our in-house web stores, including on-demand stores, custom web stores, and uniform stores. He works with a team that can also assist with graphic design, but Doug is the primary contact for everything related to web stores at Mercury Screen Printing. Whether you're looking to have a new web store built or have a question about an existing web store order, Doug and his team can help guide you through the process.

Leads the production team with precision and efficiency, ensuring every project meets the highest standards.
Steve Abba
Warehouse Manager & Sales
Native of Niskayuna NY, played college lacrosse at Marquette University and Cortland State. With Mercury for 7 years doing team and corporate sales as well as leading the pre production team and overseeing production of the webstores. Enjoys working in a team environment focused around sports.

Webstore Coordinator
Cohoes Alumni and native. Sets up seamless web stores and a keen eye for ensuring timely order fulfillment and smooth e-commerce operations.
Brittney Parker
Design Director
Graduated from The Sage Colleges in Graphic + Media Design. Creates easy-to-read mockups and one-of-a-kind designs for clients and production.
Christina Plummer
Graphic Designer
Studied at The College of Saint Rose and has a BFA in Graphic Design with a minor in art history. Creates designs and pre-press/prepping artwork for printing.

Responsible for creating one-of-a-kind sublimated uniforms and artwork for clients.
Ben Bashant
Graphic Production Designer
Prepares final design files for production (print or digital), ensuring technical accuracy and high-quality output. Meticulously formats and optimizes designs for their intended use.
Daphney Keevern
VP of Collections
PGraduated with a dual business major at Bryant & Stratton College. Has been in finance for over 18 years and is currently in charge of accounts payable.

Helps with all day-to-day human resources & administration tasks in-office.
