Chip Mayer is the Southeast Sales Representative for Mercury Screen Printing, bringing decades of experience in elite athletics, coaching, and the sports apparel and equipment industry. With a career deeply rooted in lacrosse and team sales, Chip is a trusted resource for organizations seeking high‑quality custom apparel, equipment, and branded promotional products.

Chip specializes in screen printed apparel, embroidered apparel, Nike apparel, Under Armour apparel, sublimated custom uniforms, and is also a go‑to expert for Warrior custom lacrosse equipment. In addition, Chip helps organizations elevate their brand with a wide range of custom promotional products.

He proudly supports youth, high school, college, club, and corporate organizations, helping teams and businesses look professional and stay consistent across all gear and branding.

Playing & Coaching Career:

Chip hails from the nationally recognized lacrosse powerhouse Ward Melville High School on Long Island, where he graduated in 1986 after earning High School All‑American honors.

He went on to play at the University of North Carolina, graduating in 1990 after being named an All‑American and earning All‑ACC recognition.

Following his playing career, Chip served as an Assistant Coach at UNC from 1990–1994, helping guide the Tar Heels to the 1991 NCAA Division I Men’s Lacrosse National Championship. His experience as both a championship‑level player and coach gives him unmatched insight into the needs of today’s teams.
